High Technical Quality and Industry Leaders’ Connectivity Highlight SINATUB 2025
High technical quality and the ability to connect leading technology companies with the market were the main highlights of the congress.
Marcos Mussin, representative of Foco Consultoria and one of the founders of TGM, participated in the SINATUB 2025 International Congress and shared an enthusiastic assessment of the event, which brought together hundreds of professionals from the bioenergy chain around the latest technological innovations.
For Mussin, this year’s edition of SINATUB stood out for its high technical quality and its capacity to connect leading-edge technology companies with the market.
"It was like an injection into the sector’s economy. The event brought innovation applied to the real-world needs of the mills—a true milestone for anyone pursuing industrial efficiency," he stated.
Embedded Technological Modernity
He especially highlighted Triniton’s presentations, a company gaining prominence for its complete and high-performance solutions. One of the event’s highlights, according to Mussin, was the case of the new sugar mill at Santa Adélia, presented by Marcos Geris. The plant incorporates embedded technological modernity, taking sugar production to a new level of efficiency and quality.
"The Santa Adélia mill symbolizes a new era. We’ve been producing sugar for more than five decades, but Triniton demonstrates how to reinvent the process with higher yield and alignment with current consumption and competitiveness requirements," Mussin emphasized.
250-ton/h Boiler
Another highlight was the 250-ton/h boiler at the Pantaleón mill, operating at 118 bar and 540°C, presented by Ricardo Canesin, Triniton’s director.
Mussin described the project as “a showcase of high-performance engineering”, highlighting features such as:

Rigorous hydrostatic testing, including a 100 mm thick wall balloon tested at 173 kgf/cm²;

Focus on safety, operational reliability, and energy efficiency;

"We are talking about a boiler that represents the evolution of the sector: from 20–30 bar equipment 40 years ago to modern boilers with 118 bar. This is only possible with companies like Triniton, which master development, design, and execution of cutting-edge technologies," he added.
SINATUB as an Essential Platform
Mussin reinforced the importance of SINATUB as an essential platform for technical and strategic updates:
"The entire sector should be here. The market needs to understand that producing sugar or generating energy is not enough—it must be done efficiently, safely, and intelligently. And this is where you find these solutions."
He also expects participation to grow even further in future editions:
