Sugar Dryer

The sugar drying operation consists of removing moisture from the sugar to a point where it is compatible with storage.

Triniton designs Rotary Drum Dryers, designed to provide greater heat exchange efficiency and preserve the shape and edges of the crystals, thus reducing dust formation and preserving the sugar's natural shine. The dryer is divided into two parts: the drying part and the cooling part. They also include a feed conveyor, air heater, exhaust fan, cyclone, and dust separator.
