Triniton develops steam and power generation solutions focused on the performance and reliability of industrial assets. At the CEMMA unit of Grupo Moreno, the company carried out a retrofit project that demonstrates significant gains in efficiency and availability through targeted technical interventions.
The results have been highlighted by Grupo Moreno’s Executive Board.
The boiler retrofit project at Grupo Moreno’s CEMMA unit, carried out by Triniton, was designed objectively, with a direct focus on improving the combustion system, without the need for a complete equipment replacement or increased fuel consumption.
Modifications included the complete replacement of the grate system, the reengineering of the hot air system, and improvements in fuel distribution within the furnace. These enhancements provide more efficient combustion, better thermal utilization, greater operational stability and, most importantly, increased boiler availability throughout the harvest season.
With this approach, operations become more predictable and robust, significantly reducing the occurrence of unplanned shutdowns and ensuring continuous plant operation — an essential condition for maximizing milling and production.
This work was built on close collaboration and exceptional technical alignment between the teams involved, combined with the strategic vision and sense of priority of the plant’s executive management, which clearly identified the critical operational points and the value of the solutions proposed by Triniton.
This convergence of strategy and engineering is what enables concrete field results: greater operational stability, increased availability, and continuous, robust, and predictable operations throughout the harvest season, consolidating a partnership based on trust and proven performance.
The project reaffirms Triniton’s ability to transform operational challenges into efficient solutions, strengthening a partnership built on trust, close collaboration, and sustainable results.
