Heaters and Regenerators
The Heater and Regenerator are heat exchangers that are part of the broth preparation system. They consist of carbon steel bodies, dividers, and lids that make up the external part of the exchanger. The internal part is formed by a stainless steel tubular bundle. Their operation consists of the heat exchange of two fluids:
Regenerator – liquid circulating inside and outside the tube bundle;
Heater – liquid circulating inside and vapor outside the tube bundle.
